It’s REVOLUTION Time!

I’m sick and tired of Christians who know more about what a preacher has to say than what God has to say. When I look around it’s hard to see people who are serious about this thing. Most folks just wanna have “church”, yet most of this Christian generation can’t quote a scripture but they can surely tell you every word of T. Pain’s new video or DFL’s new song. We as Christians have become so comfortable in our ignorance that most of us have no idea who God is… we know ABOUT Him, but most of us never get serious enough to know Him. We think being saved means I can just say it and live how I choose… THE DEVIL IS A LIE!!! When you get the chance, take a look at Matthew 7:21-23.

I’m not trying to condemn anybody, but some of us who claim to be Christians and specifically those who’re on this website and in this group need to reevaluate ourselves (2 Corinthians 13:5) because being saved is not just saying you believe but believing (Romans 10:9) and living the life. You have Christians today who feel homosexuality and lesbianism and sex before marriage is okay (1 Corinthians 6:9-11). We’ve gotten to a place where we accept anything. We’ve gotten so detached from the Word of God that we’ve made up our own word. Not saying that being saved means being perfect, but the true essence of Christianity is becoming more like Christ or being perfected which is a daily process AND a lifestyle. We’ve settled for a “Christian name-tag” rather than a “Christian lifestyle”.

I’m tired of playing church and playing religion! Who wants to know the truth (John 18:37)? Who wants to know the real God/the real Christ/the real Holy Spirit? Man has steared us so far from the true essence of God that nobody know what’s the truth anymore. You got churches today accepting gay preachers and the gay lifestyle like it’s okay for them to live that way. You got folks who, all they know is a breakthrough and money cometh now and prosperity. Folks don’t want to talk about God’s judgement, God’s sovereignty, God’s boundaries, and His standard. You don’t hear about Matthew 7:21-23 which says that after you get saved you are called to do the Will of the Father (live the life in obedience to His Word).

I want the truth (John 14:6)! I wanna know am I REALLY saved. I’ve started all over from the beginning and I’m making sure that I really believe and that my life shows it. And God will not push you away when you are hungry for the truth and when you really want Him and Him only. He desires for us to come after Him, to knock, to ask, to seek Him first (Matthew 7:7-8). He wants us to seek Him… not religion. Religion is man’s way of understanding God, and since it’s man’s way, then that means that it can be tampered with, misinterpreted, and misguided. God’s way never leads to confusion because He’s not an author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33).

I just want us to step up and wake up before it’s too late. Where are those believers who want more than church on Sunday, more than being a member of a Christian group on a website, more than petty conversations about how good church service was? Where are those believers who want to pray and see prayers answered, who will sacrifice everything and do whatever it takes to follow God/Christ? Where are those believers who want to see their friends and family saved? Where are those believers who are willing to put aside foolishness because they understand that God don’t play (2 Corinthians 5:9-10)? Where are those believers who don’t wanna be “lukewarm Christians” who THINK they’re saved but never wanna read the Word, truly sell out to God, and live the life of a believer (Revelations 3:15-16)? Where are those believers who are willing to run after God with everthing in them regardless of if they lose their reputation, popularity, status, friends, etc. (Hebrews 12:1-2).

For God is raising up a generation who hear the sound; who hear the call to stand up and not be ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16-17)! We cannot wait, we cannot remain silent, we cannot continue in the repetitious state of religion and church antics! There is a dying people and generation that is in need of a Savior! Who will take their position and push away their plate of comfortability? Who will risk their life and reputation and truly bear their cross (Matthew 16:24-27)? It can’t be later… it’s got to be NOW!!! It’s been Revolution Time!!!
